Cancellation Policy

Advanced bookings require a 50% deposit by bank transfer or cheque to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid on arrival by cash or sterling cheque. Please make the cheque out to Mrs. K. Clowes, thank you. Sorry, we can not accept debit/credit card payments. If for some reason you have to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible, and if we can relet the room, we will refund your deposit.

Cancellation policy in the current situation with COVID19, should the Island encounter another lock down while you should have been staying with us, we will keep your deposit live and you can use it, arranging new dates once the Island reopens until the end of 2022.
